I recorded that video soon after TOTC came out, and i dont believe i had more than one piece of T9. So whenever they popped, i knew that i had an instant starfire. The circle at the bottom signals eclipse. I haven't added a countdown to that effect though, because i then look at class timers below my minimap to see when the duration is up. Other than that, i only use power aura's for special fights. Check out the Hodir video, where it shows me when i have storm power and 3+ stacks of Biting Cold. I assume i will be using Power Aura's for 2pt10, to show when i get clearcasting, and the +damage buff.
