The Draw a Druid competition got a good amount of submissions, but now it’s time to find a winner. It’s nice to see people joining in on the fun, despite lack of skill or time.
It wasn’t easy to pick a winner, it truly wasn’t. And as I already stated back in the original thread, I would pick a winner based on effort, and not skill alone. The winner, however, made a drawing that cracked a smile on my face, about a problem we all face every week, an issue that spurs enormous amounts of jealousy, at least on my part.

To celebrate the blog nearly almost reaching its “10.000 visitors per month” mark, I thought it would be funny to make up a competition. And because I am getting an artist to make over the site with some cool drawings, I thought it would be a great idea to make a drawing competition!
And what can you win in this outstanding drawing competition? You can win your very own, very shiny, very prestigious Retarted Celestial Steed! That’s right, get your very own horse of the stars! The rules of the competition are as follows:
- Anybody can enter, druids and non druids.
- Image must be of a druid, in any form or shape, and in any situation you feel like depicting.
- Winner is picked based on effort, not skill. As long as you can make a circle with a pencil, you have a shot at winning!
- If you already have a Retarted Horse, give the code to someone else or – upon your request – trade it in for a buyable combat pet.
- To submit your image, post a link in the comment section below. Be sure to add your e-mail (can only be seen by me) in the field as well.
- Winner will be picked by me, and announced on the blog. The winner will also get a notification by e-mail.
- Contest will end on the 8th of August at 12.00 CET!
- One price, one winner.
So get out your paints and start colouring them lines. Obviously, while it may lower your chances to win, I’d like a lot of weird, funny and different submissions, so please do share a link to this competition with your friends – especially if you’ve enjoyed reading the blog so far.
To start it off, here is my submission. Don’t worry, you don’t have to draw as professionally as myself, and no, I can’t win my own competition!
